Emily McGinn oversees the Service Delivery team at Windstream Enterprise, which consists of a group of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional experience with customer-focused project management and a highly efficient order flow. She brings 13 years of experience to the role, having previously led a highly successful service delivery team and network implementation organizations at Lumen with an impressive tNPS score and stellar on-time delivery stats. Prior to Lumen, Emily spent 9 years at Zayo Group, overseeing multiple organizations including Product, Sales, Engineering and Marketing functions.
Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross and her MBA from University of Denver. She lives in Denver, Colorado.
