Across the industry, there remains confusion on how and when "Build America, Buy America" applies, how it impacts funding programs such as the Broadband, Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program.

This session will provide an understanding of the "Build America, Buy America" statute and the challenges faced by network providers seeking to leverage government funding to build out broadband networks.

This session will also discuss the overall $100 billion stimulus available for broadband infrastructure from the single largest program, BEAD, which provides $42.5 billion in funding to the recently announced Enhanced ACAM program which provides roughly $18 billion in targeted funding over the next 15 years.
