Crystal Dowds has enjoyed a 24-year career in the industry with Lumen. Crystal serves as Vice President of Architecture, Engineering, & Technology, where she and her partners innovate for growth in Quantum Fiber. This disruptive Product & Technology roadmap is transforming the Mass Markets network through radical simplification and industry first innovations in architecture, speed, latency, security, products, and services all delivered with a world class NPS. The most recent public accomplishment includes being the first in the world to achieve Wi-Fi 7 certification ahead of CES.

Prior to her current assignment, Crystal served as Director of Mass Markets Product, where she was responsible for driving incremental revenue and Fiber ARPU through innovation and delivery of new products and services, including positioning Quantum Fiber to be the first carrier in North America with an 8G symmetrical speed offering.

Crystal and her husband are avid lovers of nature and spent several years commercial fishing and exploring Southeast Alaska.
