Joining Verizon in 2006, Shawn has over 18 years of telecommunications experience spanning multiple roles within network operations. He’s held both leadership and technical positions within the OSP construction, network operations center, and service assurance organizations. His experience spans from leading construction, installation and maintenance of FTTP and fixed wireless operations to deployment strategies and operational support for hyperscale dark fiber services at the enterprise level. Since 2020, Shawn’s focus has been on the creation, adoption and integration of new products and architectures into the Verizon FTTP network targeting improved capital efficiency. He has been awarded multiple patents for original new product designs supporting Verizon’s broadband strategy.
