Jennifer Prather, CPA is the Chief Executive Officer of Totelcom Communications, LLC, a rural broadband and telecommunications company headquartered in De Leon, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington, her Masters of Accounting from Texas Christian University, and a Master of Public Policy from American University.
In addition to her role at Totelcom, Jennifer serves as a board member of NTCA – The Rural Broadband Association and as a board member of National Telcom Corporation and Telcom Insurance Services Corporation. She serves as a board member and officer of TTA and is a board member of US Telecom and chair of the US Telecom Leadership Committee.
