Adam is the Senior Director leading the Performance Assurance and Strategy team for Verizon’s Wireline Network Operations. He brings 24 years of experience to the role with background in organizations such as Customer Support Centers, Field Operations, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Adam’s organization is laser focused on driving the optimal experience for our customers and employees delivering benefits to the business. Adam's organization is responsible for driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that expand Verizon’s network leadership, improve cost efficiency, and enable Verizon to continue to define best in class service delivery.
