Nancy White brings more than 30 years’ experience in the telecom industry with extensive experience building and running networks. Her current role focuses on providing financing solutions for rural broadband providers. Prior to joining NCSC she was the CEO of North Central Telephone Cooperative in rural Tennessee and Kentucky and a champion for bringing broadband to rural America.

White has served on numerous boards and committees. Currently she is a member of the Foundation for Rural Service Board. In addition, she is the chair of the Smart Rural Community Committee for NTCA-the Rural Broadband Association.

She lives in Lafayette, TN with her husband, Dana.
