Kevin Lybrand joined PC Telcom as General Manager in 2024, bringing with him extensive leadership experience from his previous positions at AT&T and CenturyLink and his four years of service in the United States Army. With 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Lybrand has successfully overseen the construction of over 1,700 miles of fiber to rural Missouri communities since joining Chariton Valley. Lybrand and his wife Debra reside in Bevier, MO, and they have five children.
