Proactively manage and nurture vendor relationships, Research new technologies competitors may use, identify operational spend cost drivers, Analyze Capital and Expense spend to identify trends and saving opportunities, facilitate best practice with other telecom leaders. In his previous role, Andrew was the chief of staff manager of the Wireline Network Operations (WNO) Business Operations support team. In this role, he provides overall administration, governance and accountability across the organization. Prior, Andrew was the financial lead in managing and tracking the capital funding affiliated with all Network Transformation IT work requests. Andrew provided governance and oversight on all IT projects, ensuring NT solutions were on track. Andrew has had a diverse background within Verizon, working in New England and NYC throughout his career. He managed Business and consumer retail call centers, managed dispatch centers and managed a variety of other customer service operations. Andrew has had a successful path managing inside and outside operations. Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Andrew attended Southeastern Massachusetts University where he completed courses towards an engineering degree. As part of his leadership development, Andrew completed 2 Executive Education courses at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business (The Advanced Management Program and the Duke Leadership Program). He also attended the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
