Steve's extensive career spans roles in both industry and academia. He has formerly held positions with leading organizations such as SCTE and CableLabs, where he contributed significantly to the development of industry standards and educational programs. Additionally, he has worked with Comcast, gaining valuable insights into the operational side of telecommunications. Steve has also had a distinguished career in higher education, bringing his expertise to the classroom and shaping the next generation of industry professionals.

A Cable Pioneer and SCTE Senior Member, Steve is a patent holder and an advocate for advancing broadband education. Steve has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers and influential publications and currently serves as an instructor for Cisco, FOA, and CWNP leading hundreds of training sessions for thousands of learners worldwide.
