Mr. Coniglio has nearly 10 years of experience in a management role in the planning, development, and construction of complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups in markets across the country. Currently, he is focused on advancing environmental permitting and compliance efforts associated with linear utility projects in the Great Basin and western US. This include an extensive portfolio of fiber broadband projects which leverage state and federal grant programs and private capitol to provide network redundancy and broadband services to rural and underserved communities. Eli holds a Master's of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado and Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.
