Sarah Davis is Vice President of Market Development at Consolidated Communications. Sarah has over 17 years’ telecommunications experience focused on government affairs and legal and regulatory telecommunications policy. Sarah is responsible for drafting telecommunications deregulation laws that have paved the way for broadband expansion. For the last three years, Sarah has led community broadband expansion efforts at Consolidated. Her team has been responsible for obtaining more than $230M in Government grants, expanding broadband to tens of thousands of unserved locations in some of the most rural regions of the country. Consolidated’s creative and nimble approach to community based broadband expansion has paved the way for connected communities where previously these efforts would have seemed impossible. Sarah has a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law and a B.A. in Government from Clark University.
