Vicki Littlefield is the Director of Emerging Technology in AT&T’s Wireless Construction and Engineering organization, where she drives innovation and advances next-generation wireless networks. She leads strategic efforts in product introduction, deployment planning, and implementation for macro, small cell, and in-building technologies. Currently, Vicki is focusing on AT&T’s network transformation, overseeing projects that standardize design and implementation as the company transitions to open and virtual platforms. Her work includes the introduction of open RAN (oRAN) and virtual RAN (vRAN) technologies, and collaborating with vendors to implement those solutions across all layers of the RAN network. With a career spanning over three decades in the telecom industry, Vicki is a seasoned leader with experience in design and optimization engineering, large-scale greenfield builds, network architecture, forecasting, automation, compliance, and best practices development.
