Sable Lomax (she/her) is a powerhouse consultant, speaker, and facilitator known for delivering transformational learning experiences that ignite action and drive results. As the former founder and CEO of Real Brown Girls (RBG), a community of over 100,000 Black women worldwide, Sable catalyzed over $1.5M in compensation increases, more than 700 promotions, and 300+ job transitions within just three years. The RBG Foundation awarded over $45,000 in scholarships to K–12 girls from 2018 to 2022, affirming her lifelong commitment to building pathways of possibility. A proud Brooklyn native, she holds degrees from Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania and is a certified SHRM-CP.
