As Chief Financial Officer of BBT, Lauren leads the company’s financial functions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial management, compliance, and strategic leadership within a complex telecommunications environment. In addition to leading BBT’s financial strategy, Lauren partners with executive leadership on key operational initiatives that support growth, service delivery, infrastructure planning, and organizational efficiency. She is instrumental in aligning financial discipline with operational execution to strengthen performance, enhance the customer experience, and position the company for long-term success. Lauren joined BBT in 2006 and has served as CFO since 2018.
