Marge Jackson brings more than 25 years of telecommunications leadership to her role as Executive Vice President of Consumer Growth, Sales & Customer Care at Brightspeed. She is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and unlocking new market opportunities across the enterprise. By unifying sales and customer care into a single, high-performing organization, Marge is driving a seamless, end-to-end customer journey that fuels both acquisition and retention. Her focus is on building scalable growth engines, elevating the customer experience, and positioning Brightspeed as the broadband provider of choice in the communities it serves. Prior to joining Brightspeed, Marge spent nearly three decades at Comcast, where she held a series of senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, and operations. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Sales, leading and enabling a national organization of more than 15,000 sales professionals. In that role, she drove sustained revenue growth through deep cross-functional collaboration with regional, divisional, and customer care teams. During her tenure at Comcast, Marge played a pivotal role in advancing inclusion and community impact. She helped make history with the launch of the Black Experience on Xfinity Channel—a first-of-its-kind curated destination for Black content, entertainment, news, and storytelling—and led the Multicultural Community Engagement team, partnering across Comcast NBCUniversal to deliver meaningful impact in underserved communities. Marge was widely recognized as an industry leader and a top woman and minority executive in business. Her honors included selection to the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Executive Leadership Development Program and recognition as one of CableFax’s Most Powerful Women in Cable. She is a graduate of Peirce College and an active member of CTAM. Marge served as an executive advisor to the WICT Philadelphia Board and is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, the Comcast Women’s Leadership Program at Wharton, and the CTAM Executive Program at Harvard University.
