Russ Anderson is a seasoned telecommunications and operations executive with extensive experience in project management, process optimization, business development, and large-scale infrastructure delivery. He currently serves as National Director at Pacific Tech Communications INC, where he oversees significant P&L responsibilities, manages teams of 350+ craft, project, and process professionals, and drives expansion in telecommunications and power delivery projects across multiple states. Prior to joining Pacific Tech, Russ held a senior leadership role at Allstate Sales Group contributing to sales strategy and operations. Before that, he was with a major player in the telecom infrastructure and construction sector, as KGPCo ventured into the OSP services nationally. Throughout his career, Russ has built a strong reputation as a mentor and industry expert in outside plant (OSP) construction, fiber/broadband deployment, and related fields. He has also volunteered as an Academic Advisor at Northwest Lineman College, helping align training programs with real-world needs in telecommunications industries. Known for his hands-on leadership, wide professional network, and ability to deliver complex builds (aerial, underground, and micro-trenching), Russ continues to advance operational excellence in the rapidly evolving utility sector.
