Alex began his career in 2003 as a Field Technician I with Cablevision Systems Corporation in Piscataway, New Jersey. Through a combination of technical expertise and strong leadership, he progressed through roles in engineering and construction, ultimately serving as a Regional FTTH Construction Manager. During his tenure with Cablevision and Altice USA, Alex played a key role in advancing fiber deployment strategies and operational execution across multiple markets. In 2018, Alex joined Charter Communications as a Senior Manager of Process & Engineering, where he was instrumental in developing long-term operational strategies and implementing scalable processes to enhance performance and efficiency. In 2020, Alex relocated to the Charlotte, North Carolina area to take on the role of Director of Field Operations for the Blue Ridge/Hickory market. His strong leadership and results-driven approach led to his promotion to Regional Senior Director of Field Operations for the Carolinas in 2022, where he oversaw large, multi-state teams and drove improvements in customer experience, operational execution, and network reliability.
