Greg’s journey has spanned roles from field applications engineering to senior leadership positions, where he has designed, developed, and implemented cutting-edge telecom solutions for a range of clients.

Currently, as a Senior Applications Engineer at Go!Foton, Greg leads product design and engineering for Outside Plant (OSP) networks, collaborating with product management, vendors, and contractors to shape the future of telecom infrastructure. Previously, as Applications Director at Primex, he led the charge of defining the role of application engineering within the company, spearheading product development, and building solutions that cater to industry needs while driving change in the organization.

Having worked with some of the largest telecom companies in North America, including AT&T, Verizon, and Google, Ash brings deep technical expertise in fiber optic and copper networks, splicing, and network design. His background spans leadership roles in engineering, product management, and technical sales support, with a focus on simplifying complex designs and ensuring customer success.
