TJ Plumley serves as Chief Field Services Officer at United Fiber, where he leads operational and engineering teams. He joined United Fiber in 2019 when the company served approximately 10,000 customers and has played a key role in its growth to more than 45,000 subscribers.

With nearly two decades of telecommunications experience, TJ brings a unique combination of hands-on field experience, operational leadership, and business education to the industry. His career has focused on building and improving the teams, processes, and infrastructure required to scale high-performing telecommunications operations.

Prior to his career in telecommunications leadership, TJ served in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Master of Business Administration and combines his field and military experience with an executive perspective on leadership, operational excellence, and growth.
