His commitment to education is further demonstrated through his roles as a Certified Cisco Academy Instructor (CCAI) and provider; an FOA-certified training provider (School #441), and a Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) training provider.

A sought-after thought leader, Steve has authored influential pieces in the Broadband Library’s Fiber Source series, delivered keynote speeches at many major industry forums, published multiple peer-reviewed papers, and holds a patent for a network optimization technology.
