HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CECs
Please see below for instructions for each association. Be sure to follow your organization’s additional instructions as well.
2023 Seminar Certificates
To view/print seminar certificates log on to the Attendee Resource Center (ARC) using:
- first name
- last name
- Badge ID
- (this number will appear on the badge and also on any registration confirmations)
Attendees will be able to access the ARC up to 2-3 months after the event to print CEC certificates.
How to Claim Your 2023 BICSI CECs
All attendees for the expo and conference are eligible to receive 7 credits if they attended ISE EXPO 2023 in Kansas City, MO. All Credential Holders must submit their Certificates of Completion to the Credentialing Department through their BICSI profile. Emailed Certificates of Completion are no longer accepted.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how credential holders can navigate the BICSI website and successfully submit their CECs through their BICSI Profile.

*These BICSI CECs are issued ONLY to BICSI credential holders. To obtain their credits, attendees will be able to log into the ISE EXPO Attendee Resource Center (ARC) using their first name, last name, and Badge ID (this number will appear on the badge and on any registration confirmations) to view/print their certificate. Attendees will be able to access the ARC website up to 2 – 3 months after the event to print their BICSI certificate.
