Melissa Basciano is a business and technology Executive for Verizon. She has been with the company since 2006. Melissa has responsibility and specializes in driving cross-functional collaboration and harmonizing processes, people and technology to deliver best in class customer experiences. Her 17+ year career extends across center operations, customer experience, business transformation, strategies and technology. She oversees the delivery of automation across a multitude of diverse group of organizations as well as IT applications and services. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys coaching her daughters’ soccer teams, leading a Girl Scout Troop, volunteering and spending time with her family and friends. In addition, Melissa holds her Masters of Business Administration from Strayer University and Bachelor's Degree of Science and Business Administration from St. John's University.
