Leads the Business Transformation organization for Verizon’s Wireline Network Operations business unit. Responsible for leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Project Management processes to identify and execute on people, process, and system improvements required to deliver annual hard savings objectives of $150M-$200M. Leads transformation initiatives across all wireline disciplines including Installation and Maintenance, Construction, Central Office, Engineering, Contact Center, and Control Center. Prior to his current assignment, Dennis was a Field Operations Director for the multiple districts across Pennsylvania and Delaware. Dennis was responsible for leading his organization to deliver differentiated customer experiences, profitable revenue growth, and best in class operational efficiency. Dennis' organization of over 1,000 technology professionals was responsible for all Installation, Maintenance, Construction, and HiCap work across his territory. Prior, Dennis was the Consumer & Mass Business Sales Director for the Atlantic South Region. Dennis was responsible for the Sales and Service centers across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Dennis led an organization of over 700 employees focused on selling the value of Verizon services and providing our customers with a differentiated service experience. Prior to his sales assignment, Dennis held the DRC Director position in the Potomac region from 2011-2013. In this role, Dennis led an organization responsible for coordinating the activities of over 2,500 technicians, meeting customer commitments, and managing regional expense budgets. Dennis began his career in 1994 as a central office technician in the Philadelphia NOC and has held various positions of increasing scope and responsibility in Network Engineering, National Staff, Wireline Field Operations, and CMB Sales and Service. , Dennis holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, a MS in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a lean six sigma green belt certification.
