John DiLiegro is Chief of Staff for the Vice President of Network and Field Operations and Senior Manager of Technical Project Management for Business Operations Support at Verizon. He has responsibility for governance and support for multiple mission-critical wireline field and center projects related to technology, process, systems, and products. John also leads Performance Assurance, focusing on strategies to reinforce Verizon’s culture of teamwork through effective communications, event planning, employee recognition, volunteerism, and team alignment on business objectives. John’s 25+ years with Verizon includes an extensive depth of field leadership experience in Fios and Copper Installation and Maintenance, managing Line crews, Special Services, and leading Dispatch Center Operations. Outside of work, John is a proud and dedicated husband and father of a son and daughter, and his family resides in Monmouth County, N.J. JIn his spare time, John also coaches youth hockey and lacrosse, and has completed several marathons in N.Y., N.J., and New England to raise money for charitable causes such as Goodwill, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, American Red Cross, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. John earned a BS in Business from Emmanuel College in Boston and holds an MBA from Monmouth University. He originally hails from the Boston area and is a lifelong fan of the Bruins, Celtics, Patriots, and Red Sox.
