Michael Strollo is a creative and forward-thinking Senior Manager with Verizon. Michael leads the Systems Integration and Design team within Verizon’s business operations and support (BOS) organization. Michael and his team focus on building highly modernized next-level mobility solutions for frontline managers and technicians. Michael has been with Verizon for 17 years and has held various roles within company. Starting his career as a Technician and Manager of Network Operations leading large teams through various initiatives related to network reliability and network evolution. He then transitioned to Business Operations Support where he has contributed as a Principle Engineer leading new products and technology deployments, and currently leading large scale projects focused on strategy and design for Operations Systems. Michael is passionate about creating advanced system functionalities and support tools that leverage modern technology and capture the needs of the user, complimented by intuitive UI design. Michael believes that enhancing the mobile support experience outfits frontline employees to be safer, faster, and smarter while providing best in class service. As an avid boater and FAA certified drone pilot, Michael and his wife enjoy spending free time along the New Jersey coast boating, fishing, and capturing aerial photography. Michael is a musician who has been a contributor to the NYC music scene for over 20 years.
