I began my career in the cable and telecommunications industry in May 2000 with Conway Corporation, starting on the underground utility and service installation team. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience across multiple areas of operations, including installations, service and troubleshooting, maintenance, training, and leadership. My roles have included Installation Technician, Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Training and Special Projects Coordinator, Senior Foreman of Operations, and, for the past three years, Manager of Telecommunication Systems. I am actively involved with the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and currently serve as Chairman of the Board for the SCTE Razorback Chapter. In this role, I help promote education and hands-on training opportunities for technicians across Arkansas, supporting the continued development of our industry workforce. I am committed to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to help align and advance the services we provide at Conway Corporation, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. I hold multiple industry certifications through SCTE, NCTI, ETA, Light Brigade, and NESA, and I am a Certified Fiber Characterization Engineer (CFCE) through OTT, among others. My professional goal is to enhance the quality of life for those around me through community service while supporting the advancement of reliable, forward-thinking telecommunications solutions.
