Robert Petruk is Vice President, Growth Strategy & Partnerships at CommTech Solutions, with 25+ years in telecom spanning systems engineering, carrier modernization, FTTx design-build, network operations and converged infrastructure. He led the launch of Canada’s first 1 Gig residential broadband service and full IPTV offering.
Robert serves as Co-Chair of the Fiber Broadband Association’s Canada Working Group, is a member of IEEE, and is active with CUIIC on infrastructure innovation. His industry work includes the ITPA Regulatory Committee and CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee initiatives on broadband performance requirements, STIR/SHAKEN and NG9-1-1.
He holds an Executive MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and executive education from NUS Business School.
